How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
We know that life happens. Due to the amount of bookings that we have on any given day, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do your wash exterior windows?
This is an additional service that we can provide. Please contact us for a quote.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
Since most of our client's are good about giving us plenty of notice, we have do not charge a cancellation fee at this time. We hope to keep it this way!
Do you use Green Cleaners
While we make every attempt to use products that are safe and environmentally friendly, we do not use products speficially marketed as green cleaners. If you prefer certain cleaners, we can usually make this accomidation. Please contact us for more information.
What is your 100% Satisfaction Gurantee
Our business model is based on longterm relationships with commercial and residential clients. We want our clients to be 100% happy with the services we provide, or we will make it right. While we try our absolute best to be upfront with exactly what each of our services entail, we also understand that our staff are humans, and mistakes and misunderstandings will happen! Bottom line - If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, we will send another staff member out to make it right to the absolute best of our ability!
